We surf the Internet just like you do. When we decided to create a web page for our firm, we asked ourselves what we would like to know about the local practice if we were examining a law firm's web page. We thought that a brief sketch of the state's Statutes of Limitation might be helpful. We thought that a concise brief of an interesting and significant Point of Law might be helpful, and we will publish points of law from time-to-time. Our current topic is Recovery of Damages Under Michigan's No-Fault Law. The Hot Legal Topics section of our web page is always under development. You can assist us in the development by offering your impressions and comments about what you see in these pages. If you have a suggestion about a topic that does not appear, please pass that along as well. Just a simple word of caution...the information found in the above links is only intended as a summary of some important aspects of Michigan law. It is not intended to be a comprehensive review of the law such as would take place if you retained one of our attorneys to give you legal advice on a particular matter. The information we have provided on our website does not create an attorney-client relationship with our law firm and you are always advised to seek a personal interview with an attorney of your choosing if you have particular legal questions or concerns. If you have questions or comments, please feel free to EMAIL Robert C. Timmons
